Joint Movement and Mobilization
In this workshop we will learn mobilization techniques, including muscle energy techniques, for safer, more effective stretching.
June will demonstrate how to begin your massage session with gentle mobilization techniques to relax and initiate warming and movement of the synovial fluids and inner tissues of the joints. Then she will show you how to conclude your session with full range of motions and stretches to neck, shoulders and hips to complete the work. There will be lots of hands on practice. Please bring a table and linens.

Aromatic Foot Massage with Reflexology
Learn how to combine essential oils with foot massage and reflexology for a profoundly relaxing and effective technique that can stand alone or be used as an add on to your regular massage session.
We begin by examing and reviewing elements of foot reflexology and how to select and use essential oils. A demonstration of the technique is followed by giving and receiving a full aromatic foot massage with reflexology session.

Applying Aromatherapy to Eastern Meridian Theory
Specific essential oils relate to each of the 12 meridian flows in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This class explores and reviews eastern meridian theory, discusses which essential oils relate to specific meridians and suggests ways of application to maximize their effect. We will experience blends created for each meridian.
Shellie Enteen, RA, BA, LMT has been involved with aromatherapy for over 20 years and has been a certified practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu physio-philosophy (a gentle bodywork utilizing acupuncture points) for over 7 years.

CCME Seminars Cancellation policy:
If cancellation occurs one month or more before the seminar date, tuition will be refunded by mailed check, minus $25 processing fee. If cancellation occurs from 18 days to 4 weeks prior to the seminar date, 50% of the tuition will be refunded. Cancellation less than 18 days from the seminar date will receive a credit, minus $25 processing fee, for an upcoming CCME seminar.
